1- Inquiry
After receiving your inquiry, an email will be sent with details on availability, services, and prices. If I happen to not be available, I will email you my favorite artists that I trust and recommend.
Emails received between Friday and Sunday will be answered on Tuesday. Emails received between Monday and Wednesday will be answered within 48 hours.
2- Are you ready to book?
If you are interested in my services is best if you reply at your earliest convenience, I will email you a questionnaire trying to get as much information to start the process.
An inquiry does not mean your wedding date is saved. I get multiple brides asking for the same wedding date whoever is ready to start the process gets the date.
3- Client Portal
To keep everything in order you will receive a code to your portal, this way you will be able to view questionnaires, quote, contract, and date events.
4- What’s next?
As we start the process we will go over your ideas, Pinterest board (add me), wedding decisions, basically all the details.
We will schedule a trial, take pictures and videos. I suggest that my Brides schedule a preview at least 3 months in advance of their wedding. Make sure you start looking for ideas!
*For out of town Brides or Brides that are not planning to have a trial, I’m available to Skype or to meet at my Studio for a quick consultation (15-20min) a few days before the wedding.
The trial is when the fun part begins! Previews take between 2-3 hrs. You may bring someone with you, someone that will help but also will let me be the artist.
5- There’s more, Prepping for your Wedding day!
A month before the wedding I will go over the final details with you and possibly your planner, we will work on a timeline to assure everyone is ready on time, and finalize the details. The final timeline will be sent to you a week before the wedding.
